Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If by chance your order is delivered damaged or if there are shortages, please contact us at  so we can make the proper arrangements. We will work quickly to resolve any issues and file any damage claims with UPS or the applicable freight company to arrange for the damaged items to be picked up and replacements shipped or credits issued. 


If you are not satisfied with your hot sauce product(s) for any reason, and your order was placed within 30 days, simply let us know for a full refund or store credit. Please contact us at
